Growing Stars is proud to launch our newest educational program: Always-On Tutoring ®. With the Always-On program, your child's tutor is logged on and available for a 5 hour window each school evening, Sunday through Thursday from 4 pm to 9 PM in your time zone. Students also have the option to pre-schedule a session with their tutor any day through a web-based scheduler. The teacher is also available through a chat window that is separate from the online classroom, so students can place requests for homework help, while the teacher is tutoring another student.

Growing Stars tutors are highly educated and experienced teachers. They know each student's textbook, which chapter they are studying, and their test calendar. Additionally, our teachers understand the need to be proactive to help their students stay on “top of their studies. [GrowingStars] recruits, mostly with recent postgraduate and teaching degrees, already have deep subject knowledge. They must go through two weeks of technical, accent and cultural training that includes familiarization with the differences between British English, widely used in India, and American English.
