To whom it may concern:

I recently spent several evenings evaluating your online tutoring service that was brought to my attention by a friend. He asked if I would be willing to "check it out" and give my opinion of its effectiveness. You see I am in the education field teaching 5th grade in the Fremont Unified School District. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical as to how effective tutoring could be when the student and the teacher were not face-to-face. As a teacher we are always trying to incorporate technology into our curriculum and classrooms but it is often difficult to accomplish. Congratulations! You were able to do it. I believe that the learning forum you provide can be a valuable tool to help students meet their educational needs and goals. Not only is it a great service but also it is convenient, economical and most importantly the teaching staff was knowledgeable and patient which are two crucial aspects of teaching.
My skepticism is gone and I am now a firm believer. Your service delivers what it promises. Good luck.
